Biography
Mayfield received a B.S. degree in Biology and Psychology (2001) and her Doctor of Medicine degree (2008) from the University of New Mexico. She completed a three year pediatric residency at the University of Texas Southwestern-Austin followed by a three year fellowship in pediatric hematology and oncology at the University of Chicago.
