Personal Statement
I was born and raised in Boston and have crisscrossed the country several times over the course of my medical training and career. Obstetric anesthesia has been the focus of my career, and I strive to implement systems-level, evidence-based practices that make childbirth safer for all patients and help reduce racial disparities in maternal morbidity and mortality. Outside of the hospital I love to cook, eat & drink tasty things, do crossword puzzles, and hike/bike in the mountains. I also travel a lot, mostly to get to do those activities with family and friends all over the country!
