Biography
Emily R. Ochmanek, DO, is a practicing physician specializing in Interventional Radiology. Dr. Ochmanek received her Bachelor of Arts in Social Welfare from the University of California, Berkeley in 2006. She earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from A.T. Still University School of Osteopathic Medicine in Mesa, AZ in 2013, and was ranked in the top ten percent of her graduating class. She completed her Diagnostic Radiology residency at the University of New Mexico School of Medicine in 2018, and accomplished her fellowship training in Interventional Radiology at the University of Colorado School of Medicine in 2019. Upon completion of her fellowship, Dr. Ochmanek joined the University of New Mexico School of Medicine faculty as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Radiology. Her clinical interests include interventional oncology, palliative care, women's health, and vascular anomalies; she is a member of UNM's multidisciplinary Vascular Anomalies Clinic.
