Personal Statement
Being a Research Coordinator at CHEK-D has provided me with an opportunity to work with study teams who conduct health services research and tie into my background in Public Health. It has inspired me to find fellow passionate individuals who can identify and create solutions to address health disparities in various populations across New Mexico. I have been working in research since I was an undergraduate, and I greatly enjoy being a part of the broad and innovative explorations that takes place at UNM.
