Biography
Szaroletta is a former professor at the University of New Mexico; he taught multiple courses on innovation, product design, e-commerce and thermodynamics. He is the founder of Adaptive Chaos Consulting, an author, mentor and more.
Szaroletta has experience as a design engineer, engineering manager, data scientist, technologist, board member and officer, consultant and voice-over talent.
He was recognized as ECHO's employee of the year for innovation and learning twice through his ability to innovate in complex environments.
Szaroletta is a positive change agent with specialties in innovative processes, user-centered design and collaborative development processes; this is evidenced by 15 U.S. patents and registration as a professional engineer, among other accomplishments.
He was awarded his graduate degrees from Stanford and Georgia.
