Personal Statement
I am passionate about improving access to quality palliative care in New Mexico and improving the quality of life for patients undergoing care for various cancers. I believe end of life care should be implemented into the curriculum for all healthcare professions as it is an important and sacred part of life that is often overlooked in our healthcare system. I am also an advocate for advancing pharmacy practice as a provider and working and training within interdisciplinary teams.
