Biography
Dr Zamora received her BA in Political Science in 1997 from the University of New Mexico followed by her Doctor of Medicine from UNM in 2001. She completed a three year residency in Internal Medicine followed by combined fellowship in Infectious Diseases and Critical Care Medicine at UNM. She joined faculty in 2009 and since 2012 has been the director of the ICU at UNM SRMC. She served as Chief of Medicine at SRMC as well as Chief of Staff and Medical Director of Quality from 2014 to 2018.
Personal Statement
I practice in both critical care and infectious diseases at UNM SRMC. I also have a strong interest in clinical administrative leadership and quality improvement in the ICU.
