Statements on the Events of January 6, 2021
The insurrection at the Capitol on January 6 was a startling and traumatic event for people and communities across the nation. In accordance with our university principles of inclusion and integrity, we condemn the violent actions of the rioters, and affirm our commitment to cultivating an educational environment where faculty, staff, and learners thrive through mutually respectful and beneficial relationships.
