New Mexico Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities (LEND)

New Mexico LEND - Provides interdisciplinary leadership training for graduate students, community professionals, family members of individuals with developmental disabilities, and self-advocates to:

  • Improve systems of care
  • Promote the prevention of disabilities
  • Improve access to services for children with neurodevelopmental and related disabilities and their families

This is accomplished through advanced clinical and leadership training, continuing education, and consultation. Trainees gain competencies in clinical care, family needs and preferences, and the public health system.

Psychology Postdoctoral Fellowship

Psychology Postdoctoral Fellowship - Trains individuals to function as well-rounded child psychologists with specialty clinical knowledge and experience within their chosen emphasis area.

Early Childhood Psychology Internship

The Early Childhood Psychology Internship - Offers a psychology pre-doctoral internship that emphasizes infant and early child mental health assessment and intervention, as well as experience conducting developmental, diagnostic and specialized evaluations for children birth to three years old in an interdisciplinary team model.

Project SEARCH - Is a statewide collaborative to increase competitive and integrated employment for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.


Early Childhood Learning Network (ECLN)

Early Childhood Learning Network - Provides training, consultation, technical assistance, resource development, distribution of accessible information, community engagement in relation to early childhood development.

Disability and Health Policy

Division of Disability and Health Policy - Research and program evaluation, information about disability related policies on the federal, state and local levels, distributing informational resources and provide training and technical assistance.
