PC-BRIDGE is committed to ensuring our activities are informed by the communities we serve. Engaging with the community in sustainable ways for the duration of our grant through various means, including NM county health councils, primary care provider research networks, and other community health organizations. If you or an organization you are a part of would be a good fit to partner with PC-BRIDGE, contact us below and see how you can stay connected with us. Community partners can provide health priority information, receive our results and findings infographics, or become part of a future research project.
Email our Community Engagement Liaison, Maya Trujillo. We are excited to expand our contacts and presence, both through community partners and Champion Teams.
To help identify regional rural health priorities, PC-BRIDGE has developed clinic Champion Teams. These teams consist of medical providers, clinic directors, and clinic staff in primary care clinics. Hub staff meet biannually with champion members to discuss research opportunities and update clinic information. We are looking for more clinics to join us in these efforts.
