Our Research
With more than $6 million in annual research funding the UNM College of Population Health in Albuquerque, NM is proud to be at the forefront of advancing public health knowledge and practice. Our faculty conducts cutting-edge work around community engagement and involvement in research, evaluation of community programs, and improvement of the medical and behavioral health infrastructure in New Mexico. COPH research efforts reflect our strong commitment to the social justice and health equity values that are at the center of our COPH mission and vision. All levels of students will have the opportunity to participate in research projects and collaborate with well-known faculty and researchers in their fields of study.
