HSC User Support Services
User Support Services provides support for core services to all Health Science Center (HSC) faculty and
staff for standard HSC owned and operated computer equipment. These services may not apply to non-standard
equipment or departments which have independent technical staff that do not adhere to the HSC User Support
Services standards as established by the Knowledge Management Information Technology (KMIT) committees. See the

10/1: TechQual Survey from the UNM CIO. The UNM CIO's Office is conducting a technology user satisfaction survey and has invited all UNM students, faculty, and staff. The survey invitation and reminders will come from the email address ITSurvey@unm.edu. The survey is open until October 17, 2008. All survey responses will remain anonymous.

9/17: Web Access Site 1 Connection Timeout. If you are experiencing troubles accessing or staying connected to GroupWise Web Access Site 1, then your computer needs to be running the correct version of JAVA which can be downloaded at Software Downloads.
8/2: Information Technology Document for Users. All new faculty staff, and students can get orientated to the HSC computing environment by simply downloading or opening this document.
