The University of New Mexico Health Sciences (UNM HSC) is New Mexico’s academic healthcare leader. UNM HSC combines its three mission areas - education, research and patient care - to provide New Mexicans with the highest level of healthcare and healthcare workforce development. UNM HSC exists to lead New Mexico toward health equity through integration of care delivery, education, discovery and innovation, and advocacy and partnerships. UNM HSC celebrates the diverse cultures and history of the state while creating an inclusive and compassionate community that makes UNM HSC an extraordinary place to study, work and serve. UNM Health Science is formed by the UNM Health System and UNM Health Sciences academic and research teams.
