Ancillary Agreements are agreements that are outside of the scope of other contracts/agreements processed by Pre-Award, and are required either to conduct a specific activity (such as Material Transfer Agreements), or are needed as a supplement to another type of activity (such as Data Use Agreements). Here you will find a general description of what each of these types of agreements are, and how they are used -- but, as always, you must always contact your sponsored projects officer first to discuss whether or not these agreements apply to your situation.
