1 RN to BSN Degree Completion Option students taking courses outside of the 30 required Nursing credits for the program will be assessed standard tuition based on their residency status, $318.04/credit for residents and $941.10/credit for nonresidents. 

2 During the Summer Term, Nonresident Doctoral and RN to BSN students at the College of Nursing are charged the in-state tuition rate. All other nonresident Nursing students not eligible for a tuition waiver (Amigo, LUE, WICHE, or WUE) will be charged at the non-resident rate. 

Per federal financial aid guidelines, undergraduate students must register for a minimum of six (6) credits and graduate students must register for a minimum of five (5) credits per term in order to be eligible for student loans Doctoral students on the UNM calendar, are only required to enroll in three (3) credits during the Summer term to be eligible for student loans. During the Fall and Spring terms, doctoral students must register for a minimum of five (5) credits in order to be eligible for student loans. Nursing students are eligible for loans in the summer.
