If you’re an undergraduate student looking for health insurance options, schedule a visit with the UNM Student Health and Counseling (SHAC) Insurance Navigator. They offer consultations, application guidance, and assistance with questions via phone.
Although undergraduate students are not eligible for this health plan, they can receive medical care at the UNM Student Health and Counseling (SHAC) for nominal fees. SHAC is available to all currently enrolled UNM students, and health insurance is not required. For more information regarding services at SHAC, call 505-277-3136 or visit the SHAC website.
