The SCAETC is dedicated to providing up to date trainings based upon national guidelines that reflect the current standard of care for HIV treatment to pharmacists from all practice settings, including retail/community, hospital, and long-term care.
This program at the AETC involves pharmacist education on all aspects HIV treatment/prevention, resistance, drug-interactions, linkage to care, and medication access.
Many trainings offer continuing education credits at no cost to participants. Trainings are customized to those with varied levels of expertise and can be specifically targeted to the individual or clinical site.
