Child Neurology Residency

You’ll have unparalleled opportunities in child neurology subspecialties and pediatrics during the Child Neurology Residency at the University of New Mexico (UNM). Begin your five years of training with two years of pediatrics, and then follow with three years in child neurology.

By the end of the program, you’ll be eligible to take board-certification exams in both pediatrics and neurology, with special qualification in child neurology. Our residency program meets the requirements of an agreement between the American Board of Pediatrics and the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
