About

We at HSC Contract & Grant Accounting (CGA) monitor and assist in the maintenance of UNM Health Sciences Center sponsored projects throughout the lifetime of awards. More specifically, we provide the following services:

• Interpretation and implementation of HSC policies related to contracts and grants.
• Review and interpretation of policies of outside private and governmental funding agencies.
• Generation of fiscal reports on sponsored projects.
• Revenue collection and management through automated invoicing and timely follow-up.
• Monitoring of expenditure adherence with private and governmental regulations and guidelines.
• Submission of periodic reports as required by various funding agencies.
• Response to audit requests.

• If arriving from the EAST, take I-40 West to exit 159D (University Blvd.), and turn left onto University Blvd.
• If arriving from the WEST, take I-40 East to exit 159A and follow the frontage road east (past the Big-I), and turn right onto University Blvd.
• If arriving from the NORTH, take I-25 South to exit 227 (Commanche/Candelaria), follow the frontage road and take a left onto Candelaria Rd. Go east on Candelaria for about 1/4-mile, then turn right onto University Blvd.
• If arriving from the SOUTH, take I-25 North to exit 225 (Lomas/Menaul/Candelaria), follow the I-25 frontage road north, and turn left onto the I-40 frontage road. Follow the I-40 frontage road for about 1 mile, and turn right onto University Blvd.
