Interview Season 2020-21

Application Submission

We accept applications through ERAS. Applicants can register in MyERAS now and can start submitting applications on September 1st. This season ERAS will open to programs on October 21st.

Interview Invitations

As a hybrid Academic/County program (but firmly on the county side), we participate in the Unified Program Release date. Last year that date was 10/15/19 with interview scheduling available the following day, and ERAS opened on 9/15 with Dean's letters released on 10/1. This year ERAS does not open until 10/21/20 with Dean's letters released the same day. We don't expect the unified date to be less than two weeks later. We will post updates here when we have dates.

Interview Dates

  • November: 16th, 20th, and 30th
  • December: 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 7th, 10th, 11th, 14th, 17th, 18th, and 21st
  • January: 4th, 7th, and 8th

Applicants are invited to participate in heritage month activities offered through the EM department, medical school, and/or Office for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Health Sciences Center, UNM. Our virtual Grand Rounds will also be open to applicants with registration - links to be posted here as available.
