PhD Dissertations

Students in the PhD program at the UNM College of Nursing choose a dissertation topic they are passionate about, one that advances the science of nursing and makes an impact. Dissertations demonstrate the student’s ability to do independent research and competence in scholarly exposition. The dissertation should present the results of an original investigation of a significant problem and should provide the basis for a publishable contribution to research literature in the field.
