The Associate Dean for Research and Scholarship serves as the senior research administrator for the University of New Mexico College of Nursing. The Associate Dean for Research and Scholarship will lead the expansion of the College’s research programs and infrastructure, facilitating and inspiring research and scholarship across the College of Nursing in grant writing, building and managing core research infrastructure, representing the College to internal and external constituencies interested in research and positioning the college to capitalize on innovative funding opportunities. The PC-PNP Program Director is responsible for the PC-PNP program of the College. The PC-PNP Program Director ensures that the standards and policies of the College of Nursing, the Health Science Center (HSC), and the University are met in the PC-PNP program and further that the program achieves the highest standards for Primary Care Pediatric Nurse Practitioner education outlined by national bodies in nursing education.

The University of New Mexico College of Nursing is seeking a Research Administrative Director who will manage and coordinate research and grant administration efforts for the CON.
The individual will assist faculty and research staff in developing competitive grant proposals and will be responsible for managing department-specific outcomes and outreach.
