Block Chairs are often a helpful first line point-of-contact when concepts get tricky; shoot them an email or approach them in class, and they’ll work with you to get material straightened out.

I'm looking for general academic help and support:

• Graduate Resource Center (GRC) – The GRC offers several resources medical students might find useful: the Graduate Online Writing Lab (GrOWL) which offers grammar and clarity suggestions when students write abstracts, CVs, and other professional materials; and virtual one-on-one appointments with tutors to aide the writing process. • Classes at HSLIC – The Health Sciences Library & Informatics Center offers a number of classes availble for students, including Bias in the Research Process, Moving Beyond Impostor Syndrome, PubMed, Zotero, Systematic Reviews, Health Literacy, and they are working on more for Time Management, Embase, and Financial Literacy. You can also check out and subscribe to their blog to find out about additional events and resources offered throught the library.
• Step 1 Review – Students will have OME, Pathoma, UWorld, and some CBSSAs to take during their dedicated study time for Step 1. You will receive them at the appropriate times in the curriculum.
