Referral center for state and surrounding areas for all surgical and medical subspecialties

Adult and child inpatient and outpatient psychiatric services

Emergency Department

82 beds in Adult ED
7-bed ED resuscitation unit (EDRU)
80,000 + patients annually
High acuity and high admit rate to hospital and ICU’s
Separate lock-down area for psychiatric patients
ED Observation area
Dedicated Pediatric ED – 20,000+ patient visits with 12% admittance
3 Ultrasound machines in ED, 1 in Peds ED, 2 in EDRU
24-hour ED attending double coverage/16 hours of attending triple coverage
1,500 annual Trauma activations, 300 of which are pediatric
Separate Urgent Care center for lower acuity patients
