Clinical coordination for clinical trials and clinical studies with 24/7 coverage
The Office of Surgical Research will assist investigators with submissions for funded projects to the SPO including, but not limited to:
Grants
Contracts
Subawards
Clinical Trials
The SPO has required timeline for submissions:
Non-NIH funded projects must be submitted 5 days prior to grant submission deadline
NIH funded projects must be submitted 10 business days prior to grant submission deadline
We can also assist with submissions for agreements through the SPO. These are generally unfunded agreements that may be attached to a funded grant or they may stand alone. Some examples of agreements are:
The Office of Surgical Research can assist researchers with budgeting for grants, contracts, and subawards. We can also assist with budget negotiations for clinical trials and studies.
Additionally, we can set up referral billing accounts within the hospital through CPT codes. This process takes a minimum of 6 weeks.
