Why UNM is My Choice for Residency: I had a fantastic impression of UNM on my interview day. I just felt like I would be happy here. The residents seemed happy and like they liked each other; the program was really strong in the variety and volume of patients.
Favorite Things About UNM: The people. My fellow residents are amazing humans who I enjoy working and hanging out with. The faculty and administrators are also so nice and willing to help with anything.
Favorite Things About NM: Outdoors activities, low cost of living, the fact that it’s almost always warm and dry and sunny. I like to hike and bake in my free time. I also do aerial arts and ballet. And I enjoy wandering around in Costco and Target.
