Building Inclusive Leadership (BIL) is a year-long extracurricular program aimed at developing learners’ understanding of and advocacy for marginalized identities. The program is geared toward learners who desire to deepen their working knowledge of the lived experiences of oppressed groups and develop their ability to integrate this understanding into their personal and professional lives.
