A revolution in medical education and care delivery
Providing a lifelong learning and guided practice model, Project ECHO revolutionizes medical education and exponentially increases workforce capacity to provide best practice specialty care within rural communities in many parts of the world.
The New Mexico Office of the Medical Investigator is taking the Project ECHO model and utilizing it in the field of medicolegal death investigation. Project ECHO links expert specialists (medical examiners, coroners and field investigators) to a primary academic hub where they receive educational training, mentoring and feedback from experts in the field.
