Application Process for Mentees and Mentors
To apply for the program:
Review the HSC Staff Mentorship Program website for goals and expectations.
Submit your application via the Smartsheet links provided below.
Once your completed application has been received, it will be reviewed by the committee.
Decisions regarding mentor/mentee matching in the HSC Mentorship Program will take place in April and May. All applicants will be notified of their matches by the end of May 2025.
