This section provides information on the negotiation of contracts, contract types, timelines, and process, and resources.

All contracts are entered into with The Regents of the University of New Mexico, not the PI. PI’s nor their staff can legally bind the University to a contractual agreement. SPO will obtain all Authorized signatures on HSC contract agreements. Please refer to the following:
