Neurosurgical Subspecialty Interests: Undecided. I am excited to explore all my interests during residency.

 Interests/Hobbies: Playing the saxophone and clarinet, movies, coffee shops, symphony, broadway, travel, exploring, and more.

 Growing up, I lived the longest in Lagos, Nigeria. Because of education, I have had the privilege of living in different parts of the US and experienced the unique culture of each place. I am looking forward to the next years in Albuquerque and New Mexico at large. At New Mexico, I know that I will be exposed to broad and diverse pathologies in neurosurgery that will strengthen my clinical acumen for rare and common diseases. I am excited to learn from my co-residents, faculty, members of the Neurosurgery team, and the medical/non-medical team at UNM. Additionally, being the only teaching program in the state, I am humbled to train in this unique place and serve the patients I encounter. When I am not working, I am looking forward to hiking, skiing, food, sports, and all the beautiful things New Mexico has to offer.
