Who is eligible for the programs?

Faculty members interested in learning more about mentoring strategies are eligible to participate in the program.

What does the program involve?

Faculty ECHO is a program consisting of multiple components which each focus on a different aspect of mentoring. There are components available for both faculty mentoring faculty and faculty mentoring learners.
Available components:
- (Faculty to Faculty) Mentor Networks April 29, 2026 - June 17, 2026
- (Faculty to Learners) Mentor Development August 5, 2026 - September 23, 2026
- (Faculty to Learners) Mentor Networks September 30, 2026 - November 18, 2026
The ECHO sessions take place weekly on Wednesdays, 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm MT.
These training programs can help you become a more skillful mentor. Effectiveness of training programs is published.

Faculty Mentor Development Online Modules

These online asynchronous courses can be completed as a stand-alone course and are also used to supplement the FACULTY ECHO Mentor Development courses.
