Our BSN Pre-Licensure HSC-ABQ program is a 5 level, 20-month program running continuously through the summers.
You will apply to the College of Nursing after completing all nursing pre-requisites. You will begin nursing courses, in-person, at HSC-ABQ Campus upon acceptance into the College of Nursing.

Our Pre-Licensure HSC-ABQ program requires the HESI A2. The minimum HESI A2 score to apply is a 75% cumulative and 75% on each subsection.

No, with a previous Bachelor's degree, you are not required to take any UNM General Education courses, as those are a first-degree requirement only.
Yes, we recommend students apply to multiple BSN program options to give yourself the best option to get into a program.
The CNM Nursing Department has created HESI A2 review modules that are now available in Brightspace. These self-paced modules help students prepare to take the HESI exam. The modules are not designed to replace taking courses; they are for brushing up on knowledge and identifying gaps.
Students do need a CNM ID and username to access the modules.
