To report mistreatment, witnessed or experienced, there is no single pathway and in fact there are multiple pathways.
Some people just want someone who can listen, while others want to engage in mediation or file a formal complaint.
Learners, staff, or faculty who believe they’ve experienced or witnessed mistreatment are strongly encouraged to report it through the Mistreatment Incident Report Form.
If you are uncomfortable discussing concerns with your department chair, supervisor or another member of management and wish to remain anonymous, call the UNM Compliance hotline or file a report using the web reporting tool.
If anyone disclosing harm to you is a minor or in imminent danger of harming self or others, please contact UNMPD immediately at 277-2241.
