Peer Observation in Support of Effective Teaching (POSET)

This course prepares teachers to conduct a peer teaching observation as part of the POSET program in the School of Medicine.  Completion of this approximately 1-hour course is expected before conducting a POSET observation as an observer and is recommended for teachers who are being observed.  The workshop and provided resources prepare an observer for the pre-observation meeting with the observed teacher, conducting the observation, and providing feedback during the post-observation meeting.
