Dear UNM Health and Health Sciences Community Member:
University of New Mexico Health & Health Sciences has contracted with Rankin Climate to conduct a climate survey to include faculty, staff, learners and trainees. This survey is being developed to directly reflect the needs and experiences of the Health & Health Sciences community. The UNM Health & Health Sciences Office for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, under the leadership of study P.I. Dr. Valerie Romero-Leggott has convened a working group of representatives from across the Health & Health Sciences, in partnership with Rankin Climate, LLC, to develop and implement the survey. This survey is being conducted between April and May 2023 as part of an ongoing 16-month project to evaluate our Health & Health Sciences campus climate and create an action plan. For more information on the overall project and a list of the committee members, please go to https://hsc.unm.edu/climate-survey/
We are emailing you to ask that you complete the voluntary, confidential survey. The survey will take between 10-20 minutes to complete. Those who complete the survey have the opportunity to opt in to raffle for one of 500 merchandise cards in the amount of $25. The earlier you complete the survey, the greater the chance you may have to win the weekly raffle.
Participation is completely voluntary.
