Keanu McMurray, MD

I grew up in Las Vegas, Nevada, and attended medical school in Reno, Nevada. I initially chose general surgery at UNM, but throughout this experience, I found that family medicine was the place I felt most connected to. Family medicine is a beautiful specialty because it allows us to take care of the whole patient and be present for the most essential parts of our patient's life. My career interests include addiction medicine and obstetrics. I want to participate in academic medicine and pursue a leadership role in a community that serves the underserved. In my spare time, I love the gym, snowboarding, and spending time with my friends and family.
