I chose The University of New Mexico (UNM) because the residents were by far the happiest. It is very much a work hard/play hard program with a great amount of volume and complexity. I really enjoy how close all of the residents are. I feel very fortunate for how enjoyable my days are working with great people. I also really appreciate how awesome the attendings are and how willing they are to allow us to be involved in patient care.
