Hometown: Ogden, UT

Undergraduate: Brigham Young University

Medical School: Virginia Commonwealth University

Interests: Family, Outdoors, Working Out, Green Chile

I chose to train at The University of New Mexico because of the great training with high volume and lots of resident autonomy, while still having time for family and outdoors. My favorite part of this program is the great relationships with attendings and co-residents. I love training in Albuquerque because of the trauma cases, sunshine, and the city is very affordable. I love the ample opportunities for outdoors activities while still having the big city feel. My interests outside of medicine include family, working out, and the outdoors.
