PT Program Alumni

If you are one of our over 1,000 alumni, welcome back! We're happy to see you. Most alumni services are taken over by other UNM organizations once you graduate, but we'd love to hear from you and will help in whatever way we can.

• Transcripts and Diplomas: The UNM Registrar handles all official transcript and diploma requests once you have graduated from any UNM program. The transcript request site can be found here: https://registrar.unm.edu/transcripts/request-online.html and replacement diploma requests can be found here: https://registrar.unm.edu/graduation-and-diplomas/index.html. Transcripts do incur a fee, with additional shipping fees if a physical option is chosen.
• Degree Certifications & Other Licensing Help: Depending on the requirements that your new location's licensing body has, you may need someone from our program to sign specific documents or provide information such as clinical education hours by subject. Please email HSC-UNMPTProgram@salud.unm.edu for assistance.
• Alumni Benefits: UNM has a number of resources available to alumni at https://www.unmalumni.com/ and https://hsc.unm.edu/medicine/alumni-giving/.
• Giving: If you want to give back to the PT Program, thank you! The UNM Fund is a good place to start for giving to PT directly: UNM Fund PT Support. You can also visit the SOM alumni page for additional health-related student support opportunities.
• Clinical Education: If you would like to assist with clinical education as a CI or to help facilitate an affiliation agreement between your workplace and UNM, please email DPTClinEd@salud.unm.edu.
