Interests

• Pathology/Research Interests: I love every field in pathology! My research interests are broad but include concepts in clinical ethics and public health.
• What do you like about living in New Mexico: I grew up in the Southwest and then lived on the East coast for over a decade. New Mexico has fantastic weather and culture. I really think that anyone who moves here will find something to love about it! 
• Interests Outside of Pathology: In a perfect world I enjoy trail running, road cycling, and swimming. In this world I mostly read in my spare time, and I love that too! 

Why I enjoy the pathology program at UNM

You'll hear it everywhere, but it really is the people. I wanted a well-balanced program that would prepare me to be a competent pathologist, support my interests, and see me as a human first. UNM has exceeded all my expectations.
