Introduction: I was born and raised in Northeast Italy and lived in my hometown until I moved to New York City for college. I’ve been living a nomad life for a while between going to medical school in Grenada and living in Portland, Oregon, for over a year. And now Albuquerque is my new home!

Interests

• Pathology & Research Interests: Forensic Pathology. 
• What do you like about living in New Mexico: The weather has been great so far! I think NYC took away all my cold tolerance and now warm sunny weather is the way to go! 
• Interests Outside of Pathology: Way too many to list but cross stitching, reading and spending time with my mini poodle have been a constant. Let me not forget my new-found passion for pickleball!

Why I enjoy the pathology program at UNM

Both attendings and residents have been extremely kind and understanding. Through my few months here, I’ve felt supported all the way and there is always someone available to help when needed. Overall, it’s a happy environment making it ideal for learning and growing.
