Our Mission:

1. To train and educate surgeons and scholars who are principled, knowledgeable and technically skilled, sensitive to diverse populations and disparities in health care, and dedicated to the pursuit of excellence in the field of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery.
2. To partner with our patients and care teams to restore health to all patients with problems affecting the head and neck.
3. To pioneer innovative research and promote greater understanding of our field.
4. To create an environment that fosters humility, kindness, benevolence, generosity and altruism, and to share with our trainees the honor and joy of practicing Otolaryngology.

Our Vision:

1. To lead in the development of a better health care system that improves the health of our patients, eliminates disparities in care, produces meaningful research, and provides a model for training excellent otolaryngology surgeons and allied health care professionals.
