| June 5-9, 2023 | Estimated posting of final grades and conferral of degrees. Final transcripts are available once your degree has been posted. OMSA can only run unofficial transcripts. |
| July 7, 2023 | Deadline for OMSA to Certify Student Graduation with USMLE. OMSA aims to certify within 10 days of graduation so students are able to register for Step 3 if their residencies permit. |
| July, 2023 (4-6 weeks post-Convocation) | Diplomas Mailed. The printing company mails diplomas directly to students using a forwarding address in the UNM Banner system (Loboweb) as of the first week in May. Student information must be updated by May 5th, 2023. |
| July - August, 2023 | OMSA receives digital copies of diplomas for future verification needs. |
| 2/14/2023-6/1/2023 | 2023 AAMC Graduation Questionaire (GQ) | Beginning ahead of 2/14, and every 1st of the month thereafter, an email with a unique link to the survey will be sent from the AAMC. AFTER the release of your initial Phase III schedule the following online options should be used to add or drop courses:
We recommend purchasing or sourcing your Convocation regalia by the end of March, prior to the ceremony. Regalia is available through the UNM Main Campus Bookstore Graduation Site, and additional assistance may be available at the North Campus Bookstore at Domenici Center.
