In the materials, you can read and learn about different aspects of mentorship. Each module offers cases that document individual scenarios, solutions, and tools, which are discussed in detail. RCR is an essential component of research training; RCR instruction should be an integral part of all research training programs AND its evaluation (peer review) will impact funding decisions.
