Pledge Ceremony

Guest Information 

• Doors open at 4:30 pm, and the ceremony starts at 5:00 pm.
• Tickets are required for everyone. Tickets have been SOLD OUT.  If you do not have a ticket we encourage you to watch the event live on our webpage.  
• Parking and seating are on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Parking

Paid parking is available at Cornell Parking Structure for $1.75/half-hour. Automated pay machines accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Cash payments are only accepted at pay stations located on the third floor of the Cornell Structure (these machines only accept $1, $5, and $10 bills and do not give change).

Photography & Videography

• Guests are not allowed in the aisles during the ceremony.  
• Guests are not allowed on the stage at anytime before, during or after the ceremony.
• Professional photographers will be at the event, and their photos will be available for free on the College of Nursing Pledge Ceremony webpage a few weeks after the ceremony. Guests are encouraged to stay in their seats and enjoy the show.

After the Ceremony

• Students will be asked to remain in their seats after the ceremony. All guests must exit at this time.
• It is suggested that students, families and guests pre-plan a meeting location for themselves after the ceremony to alleviate congestion while exiting.
• Workers will begin dismantling the stage and removing event supplies immediately after the ceremony ends. Please meet your graduate outside of the event space.
