The HSC Project Management Office (PMO) is responsible for the development and oversight of IT project standards, policies and procedures. PMO provides assistance to the IT project leads to ensure consistency throughout the HSC.
The HSC CIO’s Office, in cooperation with IT organizations across the HSC, has developed an HSC-wide IT Project dashboard. The dashboard shows detailed lists of IT projects in various stages; proposed, pending, active or completed. Projects can also be viewed by IT components: HSC IT (Education & Research), UNMH IT, UNMMG IT and SRMC IT.
Access to these dashboards is currently restricted to authorized Smartsheet users. To be a user and view the dashboards, you do not have to have a Smartsheet license, you simply need to obtain a Smartsheet account.
