UNM Health Sciences Marketing and Communications accepts requests from across all clinical, academic and research units under UNM Health Sciences.

Project requests are reviewed 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Request Review
Submissions will be reviewed and responded to within (5) five business days.

Project Turnarounds
Turnaround times for projects may vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to:  

• Information provided 
• Assets provided 
• Prior work 
• Complexity 
• Meetings for additional information/clarification 

At a minimum, please include these items with your project request: 

• Outline of project 
• Due dates 
• Budget 
• Approver for materials 
• Any previous materials used, if applicable  

Plan your project request well in advance to ensure you have any items needed before any events, due dates, etc. 

Marq Projects for design and marketing needs
We manage the Marq platform to provide a tool for providers, faculty and staff in UNM Health, UNM Health Sciences and UNM School of Medicine to create branded projects and assets on their own using UNM logos, brand colors, icons and photography.

Marq projects are reviewed 8am - 5pm, Monday through Friday, within (3) three business days of submission (excluding holidays) to ensure these materials adhere to UNM brand guidelines. Please plan your submissions on the platform around this turnaround time.
