Professional Achievement Training for Transdisciplinary Health (PATH) Emerging Leaders Program

PATH Emerging Leaders Program is a two-week, residential program at the University of New Mexico for underrepresented students who will be seniors in high school or incoming college freshmen at a post-secondary college or university. PATH Emerging Leaders is designed to elevate learner skills and opportunities as leaders in health and health equity.

The PATH Emerging Leaders program is for future leaders in healthcare and health research who are dedicated to improving the lives and opportunities of people of color in New Mexico and across the globe. This experience exposes, engages and inspires African American youth and other underserved youth from all over New Mexico to pursue science, technology, engineering, math and health (STEM-H) careers through programs and partnerships with local organizations. Participants will access strong STEM-H education and career exploration opportunities.
