Eligibilty requirements for Abdominal & Oncologic Imaging Fellowship

Applicants must:

• Be a graduate of an ACGME acredited Diagnostic Radiology Residency at the time of entrance into the fellowship
• Be board eligible at the time of entrance into the fellowship
• Be eligible for licensure by the State of New Mexico Board of Medical Examiners
• Be a US Citizen, resident with a vaild work permit 

Application instructions:

Please complete an application form.  The following information will be required for submission.

• your personal statement (PDF)
• photo (file can be any of the following types:jpg, jpeg, png, bmp, tif, PDF)
• CV (PDF)
• USMLE or COMLEX Step exam scores (PDF, helpful if one file but not necessary)

In addition we require 3 letters of recommendation (LORs)

• One letter must be from current program director
• One letter must be from a faculty/physician in desired fellowship subspeciality
